Sovereign Data Privacy

The VERRION License (On-Premise) solution is designed for maximum data sovereignty. Unlike our Cloud Platform, the Licensed version operates entirely within your own infrastructure, ensuring that your most sensitive legal documents never leave your control.

Information We Collect (On-Prem)

When using the Licensed version, VERRION collects **zero** document data, analysis results, or user interaction data. The only information transmitted to VERRION systems is limited to:

• License Key validation data
• Hardware footprint (unique ID) for license enforcement
• Initial setup logs (only during deployment/updates)
• Periodic "Validation" call for license status verification

Local Data Processing

All data processing components are deployed as Docker containers within your environment:

• Database & Storage: Handled locally by dedicated AUTH and DMS engines.
• Vector Database: Handled locally by specialized vector database engines.
• AI Inference: Powered by specialized, domain & jurisdiction-aware local LLMs, meaning no document text is ever sent to third-party AI providers like OpenAI or Anthropic.

Zero Access Policy

VERRION staff have no access to your deployment, your documents, or your user accounts. Any maintenance or support requiring access is conducted only via secure channels explicitly authorized and logged by your IT team.

Regulatory Compliance

By keeping all data within your tenant, the VERRION License simplifies compliance with strict regulations such as the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR, as no data cross-border transfers or third-party processing occurs.
